Andrew has been arrested!! Plus the logical fallacies weaponised against the pro-Palestine movement

Wow I am gleefully re-writing this introduction at 11:50pm at night, because I just arrived home to the news of a certain disgraced royal’s arrest after a couple of blissful news-free hours at Lorde’s Sydney show (it was incredible).

It’s not often we have such reason to CELEBRATE in this political era, but the increasing likelihood that Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor will be put behind bars for his alleged dealings with a notorious child sex offender is the small win we desperately needed.

According to reports in The Guardian, the former Duke of York has been arrested on suspicion of misconduct in public office, with police carrying out searches at addresses in Berkshire and Norfolk. It’s understood that the charge carries a maximum penalty of lifetime imprisonment.
