Just a quick comment that it's important we base our thinking on solid ground. Many climate studies are based on the completely implausible ICCP scenario called SSP5-8.5. Implausible meaning that this is an "extreme" model that couldn't possibly occur (I leave it to the reader to do their own homework).

The NCRA does abandon SSP5-8.5, however it uses the next level down SSP3-7.0, which apparently is also implausible.

This means that the work in the report is based on an implausible future scenario.

I encourage the reader not to avoid Roger Pielke Jnr because of mud thrown at him. Instead, have a look at what he actually says. This should go without saying in our current time :).
